Click on all SAS jobs (worldwide) and follow the instructions. You can choose, using different selection criteria. EMEA functions always mention the different home base locations; optional locations to work from when you’re not travelling for the function. For all EMEA functions or global functions you need to apply on-line.
Our selection procedure is mainly based on competency based interviews with different people related to your job application. Our interviews are in an atmosphere of respect & trust.
We find it extremely important to find the right candidate fitting the immediate function but also fitting with our company values so he/she can start an interesting career at SAS. We are very aware that making a mistake is painful for both parties, so we give our candidates as much information as possible in order to make the right decision together.
In some cases for key functions we might ask the candidate to take part in an assessment exercise. You can always ask for the selection procedure upfront the moment you are invited for a first interview.
